Shawnee High School's Deoncesay Beavers is the 2026 OSSAA Class 5A State Champion in 300M Hurdles with a time of 45.29. She was also the runner-up for 100M Hurdles.

The #1 Doubles team of seniors Xzavier Kommer and Eli Mullins lost to The Academy and Riverfield at the state tournament. "It was a great season for the tennis teams at Tecumseh!" said Coach Jennifer McKnight.
